Appointment Cancellation & No-Show Policy

At Paradigm Wellness, we want to make sure every patient receives the care they need when they need it. To do that, we set aside dedicated time for each appointment. When appointments are missed without notice, it prevents us from helping other patients who may be waiting for care.

Cancellations

• If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance.

• This gives us time to offer your appointment to another patient who may be waiting.

• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a $50 late cancellation fee.

No-Shows

• If you miss an appointment without letting us know, you may be charged the full appointment fee.

• We understand that emergencies happen. If that’s the case, please call us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to work with you.

Insurance Patients (including VA referrals)

• Missed or late-cancelled appointments may impact your ability to continue receiving covered services. We want to keep your care uninterrupted, so please help us by keeping your scheduled visits.
