At Paradigm Wellness, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund guidelines below:

Returns

• Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase.

• Products must be unused, unopened and in original packaging.

• Opened supplements, skincare, or personal care items cannot be returned due to health and safety regulations. Exceptions may apply.

Refunds

• Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of receipt.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the product was defective or an error occurred on our part.

Exchanges

• Exchanges are only offered for defective or damaged products.
